Alinity Divine
Alinity is mentioned in the complaint against Twitch. Erik Estavillo from California filed an action in civil court seeking to recover $25 million in damages against Twitch. The lawsuit claimed that Twitch provided users with "overly sexually suggestive content from streamers who were female while using the site. Based on court papers obtained through Dexerto the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to the court on June 15, seeking a lawsuit, and Twitch was served an official summons on the 19th of June. Estavillo is a man who, according to his complaint in Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders such as addiction to sexual substances and health issues that force him to depend solely on the internet to entertain himself. The complaint further claims that Twitch is a major cause of these issues. In the case of the complaint "the streamers who are female remain exposed to Twitch users who just want to be entertained by watching people play video games, but instead are exposed to sexually addicted material as well as content on a continuous and daily on a regular basis." Apart from Alinity among them those who have requested relief. the complaint wants all the streamers on the list above permanently banned for violating Twitch's TOS, along with $25 million dollars "to be split equally between the plaintiff and the other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers," the remainder of which will go to different charities.
