Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February 1964. She is an American actress who is known for her capacity to play powerful characters that are vulnerable. Linney came from the theatre-loving side of her family. Her father, Romulus Linney was a renowned writer. Linney received her degree in 1986 from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City 1990. The actress immediately started performing on Broadway eventually earning praise for her performances as Hedda Gabler in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
